With 20 years of experience, as an intersectional, neurodivergent leader, her mission is to transform companies into inclusive spaces. Hailing from Italy and China, living and working in Switzerland since 2003, Valentina's diverse journey through typically male-dominated fields fuels her passion for change. As a mom, avid reader, marathon runner in her free time, she's not just talking and consulting about inclusion and allyship – she's living it every day.
