Lorenz and Natasha are the co-founders of Sutra, a platform that has supported over 35,000 people participating in group learning experiences. Sutra has supported programs at the World Health Organization, the Harvard Program in Refugee Trauma, the Presencing Institute, as well as many other organizations and individuals. Their background integrates a masters study from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, as well as Theory U work from MIT professor Otto Scharmer, Immunity To Change methodologies from Harvard professors Robert Keegan and Lisa Lahey, the work of Werner Erhard, and relational practices inspired by Thomas Hubl.
