Being a lawyer, mental performance and behavioural change expert, Marta is a founder of THE Agency. Her work is driven by one question: why can highly intelligent, ambitious people know exactly what needs to change — and still remain stuck? She holds a PhD in Law and has built an international career across UBS, Credit Suisse and BNY Mellon. Today, she works in Global Wealth Management, specialising in AML, KYC and financial crime compliance in complex, high-pressure environments. She also brings an academic perspective shaped by her work as a university lecturer and researcher. Marta works with individuals and organisations on mental performance, emotional regulation and sustainable behavioural change. Her approach draws on behavioural psychology, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, hypnotherapy and subconscious pattern work. 

The entry fee for this physical event is 25 Swiss francs including a welcome drink and basic snacks (late-bird price will increase to 35 if booked less than 48 hours until the start of the event).
